Did you know there are other ways to contract hepatitis C?

Hepatitis C can be caught or spread between people through blood to blood contact. Without treatment, about three quarters of people infected with hepatitis C develop chronic (long-lasting) infection, which can eventually develop into liver failure or cancer of the liver. However, there is treatment that can cure hepatitis C in 70-80% of cases and treatment continues to improve.
